| Description | The foot is obviously foundational, and the human plantigrade foot is totally unique. It is also very complicated and bony and difficult to make significant changes. By understanding the fulcra and the action of the muscles and tendons coming down from the calf, we can make telling structural change in the foot. This course will focus on the relationship among the talus, navicular, and calcaneus, and how to make the most secure and pliable foundation under the body. |
